Who we are

Pyflx (registered as Pyflx Wholesale and Retail Trading Company W.L.L., شركة بايفلكس لتجارة الجملة والتجزئة، commercial registration no. 529088) is an engineering company based in Kuwait. This policy explains what personal information we collect through pyflx.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us, plus the basic technical data every website receives.

  • The contact form: your name, company, work email, and whatever you write under "What's going on?".
  • WhatsApp: your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the messages you send us.
  • Email: your email address and the contents of your email.
  • Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, as part of normal server logs.

Please don't send sensitive information, such as ID numbers or bank details, through the form or by message. We don't need it to reply.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to arrange the work you asked for. Careers enquiries are used only to consider you for a role or internship.

We don't sell or rent your information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the services that make the website and our replies work, and only as much as each one needs.

Some of these services may store data outside Kuwait. We'll also share information if the law requires us to.

This policy covers enquiries made through the website. Data we handle for clients during a project is covered by the agreement for that project.

Cookies

pyflx.com doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy before we do.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can pick the conversation back up. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the work and our legal obligations require. After that, we delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • show you the information we hold about you
  • correct anything that's wrong
  • delete your information
  • stop contacting you

Email info@pyflx.com with your request. We reply within two working days.

Security, children and changes

Security. Only the people who need your information to reply to you can see it, and the services above protect it with their own security. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

Children. This website is for businesses. It isn't aimed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes. If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
